The plans cost the same when we recover $1,500 a month. Below that, Recovery costs less; above it, Flat does. This is an estimate from your inputs, not a quote. The free audit measures your real number.

Where the range comes from

ATRI's September 2024 detention study found drivers are held at 39.3% of stops, and that fleets are paid on fewer than half of the detention invoices they send. The DOT Inspector General (report ST2018019) estimated detention costs drivers $1,281 to $1,534 per driver per year in lost earnings. From research like this we use about $1,500 to $5,000 of uncollected detention per truck per year as a working range, before TONU, lumper and short-pays. It's an industry range, not a Clovrr result, and your fleet may be well above or below it.

About paying us.

Do you charge for claims that get denied?
On Recovery, no. You pay 20% only of money that's actually paid on a claim we filed; a denied claim costs nothing. On Flat, the $300 is the same each month whatever brokers pay or deny.
What counts as "collected"?
Money a broker or shipper pays on a claim we filed, including partial payments. If the payment goes through your factoring company, it counts when it reaches you.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at the start of any month.
Is there a contract?
Both plans are month to month. You get written terms before anything starts, and nothing is billed to a broker without your approval.
I factor my invoices. Does this work?
Yes. It works with factored invoices: we follow your factoring company's instructions for how accessorial claims are submitted and paid.
What about fleets over 15 trucks?
