Privacy Policy
What personal information Clovrr collects, why, and the choices you have.
Effective October 1, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how Aryan Padarthi d/b/a Clovrr Solutions ("Clovrr", "we") handles personal information when you visit our website, request an audit, or use the portal. When we process data our business customers submit to the Service (such as rate confirmations and invoices), we act on their behalf as a service provider or processor, and our Data Processing Addendum and the customer's own privacy notice apply.
2. Information we collect
Audit and contact requests: your name, email, phone number, company, USDOT or MC number, number of trucks, factoring and ELD provider, and anything you choose to include.
Account information: name, work email, company, role and authentication records for operator portal users.
Billing information: billing contact and subscription details. Card and bank details are collected and stored by Stripe; we do not receive full payment card numbers.
Customer Data processed for customers: load and billing records, which can include rate confirmations, bills of lading, receipts, invoices, remittances, ELD stop and location records, driver names, and contact details of broker and shipper staff.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information and request logs collected by our hosting providers for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Rate Con Checker: when you use our free Rate Con Checker, the rate confirmation you upload is sent to Anthropic, PBC for processing to extract its terms and is returned to your browser. Clovrr does not store or retain the file or the extracted terms. Your IP address is held briefly in server memory to limit abuse. If you also enter your email to request an audit, we handle it as an audit request.
3. How we use it
To respond to audit requests and communicate with you about the Service; to create and secure accounts; to provide, maintain and improve the Service; to process payments; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations. Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on contract performance, our legitimate interests in operating a business-to-business service, and legal obligations as our legal bases.
4. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session or authentication cookie that keeps operator users signed in, and cookies set by Stripe during checkout to prevent fraud. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
5. How we share it
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Service (listed on our subprocessor page), with professional advisers, where required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition subject to this policy. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention
We keep contact and lead information for as long as there is an active business conversation and up to 24 months afterwards; account and billing records for the life of the account plus the period required for tax and accounting; and Customer Data as instructed by the customer, deleting it within 30 days after the customer's account ends unless law requires otherwise.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege access for staff, and providers with industry-standard security programs. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may exercise their rights without discrimination. To make a request, email aryan@clovrr.net. If your information is in Customer Data, we will refer your request to the relevant customer.
9. International transfers
We and our providers primarily process data in the United States. Where we transfer personal information from regions that require it, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes and contact
We will post updates to this policy with a new effective date and notify customers of material changes. Contact: aryan@clovrr.net, Aryan Padarthi d/b/a Clovrr Solutions, Allen, Texas, United States of America.
